1. Who We Are

GeraDoc LLC operates geradoc.online. We comply with the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD — Lei 13.709/2018) for all Brazilian users.

2. Data We Collect

Tenant WhatsApp number (contract delivery), monthly rent amount (contract generation), property address (contract generation), payment metadata via Stripe (no card numbers stored by GeraDoc), IP address (fraud prevention), Landlord UUID (localStorage — no personal data, random identifier).

3. Sub-Processors

Stripe (payments, USA), Cloudflare R2 (PDF storage, global CDN), Resend (email, USA).

4. Retention

Contract data: duration + 5 years. Payment records: 5 years (tax obligations).

Access, correction, deletion, portability, objection. Email: oi@geradoc.online (subject: "Direitos LGPD"). Response within 15 business days.

6. Security

HTTPS (TLS 1.2+), private R2 bucket, time-limited presigned URLs, Stripe PCI DSS Level 1.
