1. Service Description

GeraDoc is a document generation tool. It generates residential rental contract templates based on Lei 8.245/91. GeraDoc is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

2. Payment

Payments processed by Stripe (PIX and card). No refunds after PDF generation, except for duplicate charges or technical failure preventing delivery.

3. User Responsibility

Users must be 18+. Users are responsible for accuracy of information entered.

4. Limitation of Liability

GeraDoc LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability: the amount paid for the specific transaction.

5. Governing Law

Delaware law governs. Disputes: binding arbitration in Delaware (AAA rules). Brazilian consumers retain all mandatory CDC rights.
